I was given the opportunity to do an amazing shoot with a photographer on my campus named Tyrell Smalls (culture-veil.tumblr.com) and the photos came out great. I'm trying to get more and more used to having other people taking pictures of me instead of me using my tripod to take them myself.

For once in a long time, I decided to change my hair and see how I would feel with a little length. The love for my longer hair was short lived, seeing that I've gone back to my fro, but I did love it for the time that it stayed around. I just found myself sitting on it too often though.

My updates have been uber slow lately because low and behold, school has started again (such a drag, I swear) . So this post is really behind -- literally before the new year, back in December. I'm basically trying to post in bulk so I can catch myself up with the current dates. A lot has been going on so far since the new year has started, for instance, I turned the big twenty! I didn't make nor have I made any New Year's Resolutions (is it too late for that?) and I don't think I really plan to -- I just try to live my life freely.
