Okay, so now I've started adding the date to when these outfits were worn -- a good thing, right? I'm trying my best not to get so behind, but life keeps throwing me these curveballs and I have to take out time to do other non-fashion related things, which hurt my heart. But I'm back now :)

I Have So Much Updating To Do.

I've been so behind because of school, family stuff, and applying to colleges. Right now I'm in the process of getting things together for Prom (even though it's a month away), but I'm the type of person that likes to prepare in advance. Speaking of college, I got accepted into North Carolina Central, which is a historically black university located in Durham. I will be attending and majoring in Apparel Design and Fashion Merchandising. The campus is beautiful and their are already people there that want me to join their fashion societies. I'm so excited!

Okay, enough rambling. I'm gonna do a bunch of posts of my outfits, dating back to beginning of this year since I'm so behind. There won't be that much text, just information on where I purchased some of the items. Hope you enjoy!

Uniforms Won't Get Me Down.

So, at my high school, it is required that we wear a school uniform that consists of : white, black, gold, or navy shirts, khaki, black, or navy jeans. I refuse to walk around in just a plain outfit everyday, so I've found ways to spiff my outfit up.

I'll never confine to what they demand of me!

One of my first pictures after I cut my hair. I have no problem with cutting my hair because it shows me that I can be beautiful without having long hair. Plus, shorter hair is easier to tame every morning for me.

Time Has Flew By.

Wow! It had been awhile since I've last updated because life has been so busy for me! In a span of two months, I have turned eighteen, been accepted into some universities, and I also cut my hair! My senior year of high school has been super busy, but of course I have managed to snap my fashion moments here and there, so I will be updating with some fashion posts today. Also I dyed my hair [a big step for me]. I'm just blossoming into this beautiful butterfly right before my eyes. Life is good.
